Guidance and College Planning

The Guidance Department at Marquette Catholic High School assists the students in their goal-planning, decision-making, and personal development, individually, through counseling, and collectively, through the various programs it sponsors.

A school is only as strong as its staff. It’s important to surround yourself with only the most talented, supportive teachers. Marquette Catholic High School teachers and guidance counselors do so much more than teach. They welcome you. They inspire you. They prepare you for life beyond high school. They will lend you a hand when you need help, and they are all ears when you need to talk.

Without a doubt, the power behind the success of the students at Marquette Catholic High School is the exceptionally dedicated staff. Our focus on individual attention and student success enables Marquette Catholic students to transition into college as confident young adults. Marquette Catholic guides each senior student through the college admission process. Information about private and school-specific scholarships is always available in the Guidance Office. Students have access to information through bulletin boards, brochures, college videos, and computer programs.
