Dear Parents,

On Thursday, November 13, we will be hosting parent-student-teacher conferences at the Scholl Center. We will be on an adjusted schedule November 13th and 14th. The format and times are provided below and attached for your reference. Please know we have had great discussion about the conference format, times, and venue to best serve you. We will pilot the prescribed process this year and evaluate its effectiveness. The purpose of parent-student-teacher conferences is to briefly discuss students' academic progress in the classroom. We really want to limit discussions to 10 minutes-your cooperation is appreciated. Please do not hesitate to contact teachers individually if your discussions require extended time. Our new web site has a teacher directory gallery for your convenience and request forms for private conferences will also be available at parent-student-teacher conferences. We strongly encourage your child to join you and participate in conferences. We look forward to your attendance.

Friday, November 14th

Notes:
* The purpose of the conference is to discuss classroom performance
* It is recommended students attend the conference with their parents
* Conferences are intended to be no more than 10 minutes in length
* Session I conferences will take place from 2:00 - 5:00 PM.
* Teacher dinner will be from 5:00 to 5:45 in the Library.
* Session II conferences will resume from 5:45 to 8:00 PM
* All teachers will be located in the library-Scholl Center (Except art-art room basement academic building)
* Parking is available on the street or in either Scholl Center lots (East/West)
* We recommend making every effort to attend the early session to ease the frustration of lines and waiting
* Do not hesitate to contact a teacher for a personal conference at an alternate time
