Study Aboard Opportunities (International Partner Schools)

Saint Denis International School (Loches, France)

In partnership with Saint-Denis International School, Marquette offers a month-long cultural immersion program.  This opportunity is extremely beneficial for those students looking to explore the French culture and language.  They will live on campus during the week and with host families on the weekends.

Located in Loches, France, Saint Denis is just two hours from Paris.  Loches is a medieval town situated in the Heart of the Loire Valley, in a quiet and safe environment.  It is the ideal learning destination.

Saint-Denis is a combined primary, middle and high school.  The school welcomes students from over ten countries.

The International Section of Saint-Denis is a forum of cooperation between the different nationalities present in the school, encouraging cultural diversity and individuality. Its objective is to enable French and foreign students alike to acquire cross-curricular knowledge through learning subjects in a foreign language. This particularly helps to integrate foreign students into the French school system and allows them to have contact with young French people both inside school and within the boarding house environment.
