Enrollment Exam

Eighth graders seeking admission into Marquette must take the High School Placement Test (HSPT). This is a standardized test that we use to assess baseline academic performance. Exam sections include verbal skills, cognitive skills, reading comprehension, math concepts, math problem solving, and language - grammar skills.

Due to the dramatically increasing interest in Marquette, we are anticipating a very large number of students testing on December 1st. Please register early to ensure your seat.

Exam Details

• Arrive at the Richard & Louise Scholl Student Center around 7:50 am (10th Street doors)
• Test begins promptly at 8:00 am
• Test concludes approximately at 10:30 am
• The exam fee must be paid online prior to the exam date
