College Prep at Our Core

Marquette Catholic High School's early-college program is an intimate, focused high school program where students can earn a Core 40 with Academic Honors diploma while also earning college credits towards an undergraduate degree through dual-credit courses.

Launched in 2017, Marquette Catholic High School's early-college program is a school within a school. It affords families the advantage of reduced tuition for college credits and an increased opportunity for academic scholarship at the post-secondary level. Furthermore, it compresses the time and money it takes to complete an honors diploma and the first two years of college.

The Campus

Our early-college program classrooms are part of Marquette Catholic High School's current campus at 10th and Wabash Streets.

• Prepares students with global and international experience through cultural immersion and study aboard opportunities built into the program

• Student schedules will include Advanced Placement (AP), dual-credit, and Advanced College Project courses from Ivy Technical Institute, Indiana University, and Purdue University

The Original 13

On June 2nd, 2021, Aidan Bartnicki, Sean Bardol, Mary Kate Bobillo, Adam Burroughs, Zoe Kolosci, Riley Lindsey, Joaquin Lopez, Brendan Mack, Molly Neary, Paige Pizarek, Robert Pruzin, Liberty Riley, and Abigail Ryan graduated from Marquette with more than just an Academic Honors Diploma. These 13 members make up MQTT-U's Inaugural Class of 2021, establishing a legacy for future Blazers to follow. 

By the time they move their tassels, this class will have collected a combined 940 dual credits for an average of 75 per student. They will depart Marquette as college juniors.
